When Racism Hurts White People

No other U.S. president has had as much obstructive opposition from the other party or within his own party as Obama. The country’s dismal employment rates, foreclosure crisis, foreign affairs, and anything else that culminated years before his administration, is quickly, invariably blamed on this president. As Congress creates unprecedented partisanship, more middle and working class whites, in record numbers, are forced to accept a standard of living not experienced since before the New Deal.
Barack Obama receives criticism where there should be none, especially from the people in this country who suffer due to republican policies. This party quibbles over slight tax increases after creating 65% financial gain for the top 1% in the past decade, and sending jobs overseas for the past three decades. This is the party that serves the corporations above and beyond “we the people”. They rely on the life-long, loyal racists to shoot down the only figure concerned enough about all Americans to stop the destructive dismantling of government. Essentially, all that is left without highly skilled or gainful infrastructure jobs is minimum wage poverty employment.
Those whites who malign the president do so out of desperation, fear, and ignorance. Without this type of leader fighting for the common man there is little hope in the future for what remains of our democracy.

Is Interracial Dating the New Trend?

Judging from the mixed couples and children in today’s society, one could naturally assume that racism is finally coming to its peak. On the other hand, all one has to do is look at the jails, public school system, and the media to see that the old institution which built this country and many others isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. Real love is a miracle and a blessing wherever you find it! Though one can question the rate at which white women and black men are coming together. It almost seems like the current, fashionable thing to do given how forbidden they both were to one another in the not so distant past. Is it true love or mere preference?
Most people like to think they can recognize prejudice against someone, but what about prejudice for someone? I don’t feel it’s unfair to say that white women are preferred by many different races of men. They are in fact the world’s model female. Don’t many of us women straighten, lengthen, and even dye our hair in hopes of attracting men? Didn’t we all, as little girls, want dolls with long easy-to-comb hair? Don’t our sons all want the pretty girls with that same long, soft hair? Without us even realizing it, many black women very much appreciate some of the physical features of white women thus want them for themselves, and, naturally, so do their men.
Many of the white sisters know they don’t have to work hard to get a black man, and that a black man will work twice as hard to get them. Indeed she can be viewed as a status symbol for black men and even retribution. As the dark man’s woman, children, and masculinity were once taken he could do nothing. Today he is virtually free and seemingly encouraged to now help himself to the smorgasbord of white women set before him in classrooms, locker rooms, and board rooms.
If we look at this from a psychological standpoint, it makes sense. White men have wrongfully, traditionally sexually exploited white women all while creating and maintaining an illusion of their flawless virtue. These women have been paraded as trophies since Muslims invaded and captured Western Europe and sold their women for top dollar in harems. The world’s various dark men have craved these fruit for over 1,400 years!
The blatant, ridiculously racist propaganda film “King Kong” painted the vivid portrait of how far any male species will go to win the ultimate blond prize. The big ape lived for years eating thousands of black female sacrifices but fell in love and died for the one special blond. I’m sure men like Quincy Jones, who actually married three blond women, can relate to this. James Brown, another apparent victim of the King Kong syndrome, hadn’t had a black woman since before 1970 when he married his first Caucasian wife. “I’m black and I’m proud”, he had us all saying. This message was powerful, positive and very much needed, even today. It seems quite possible and just sad that he didn’t believe in these words for himself.
If you disagree with this theory that black men are being persuaded to go white, please explain why it’s been so prevalent among athletes, entertainers, and other prominent black male figures since the Civil Rights era when previously they were hung for just looking at a white woman. When no one killed O.J. Simpson, I became suspicious. Historically, whatever this country did not want to happen has not happened, and whenever the power structure appeared to compromise it has always benefited more than anyone else. Integration is the best example I can offer. Because of it, every year blacks spend a half trillion dollars with white-owned corporations and small businesses. It may or may not become known whether there’s a special interest in black men paring up with white women. Whatever the case may be the fact that a growing number of black men do not prefer black women is disturbing and should be addressed.

Should We Salute or Blame Black Women for the State of Black America?

Statistics tell us that 70% of African American women are single parents. This also means that the women are runnin’ things in African American society. They’re the bread winners and the majority tax-payers. So, can these women take credit for what’s right, and should they also be held accountable for what’s wrong?
Fifty percent of our youth either drop out of high school or acquire GED’s. It’s been said that the greatest number of new AIDS cases is among African American women. Statistics also tell us that black women bring home greater income than white women. Despite all this, fewer and fewer black men seem to be attracted to black women today. No doubt this struggle between the creators of original man has been going on for many centuries.
The black woman is a most unique species. She has been pitted against her man, children, and herself to the point of nearly being destroyed a thousand times over, but somehow, “Still she rises.”

What Defense Do We Have Against Toxic Consumer Products?

With all the be-partisan discourse involving health care, we’d better not depend on it in the long run. There’s too much opposition to a completely healthy nation. Apparently it’s a privilege, not a right. Therefore, should all who don’t have some form of effective health insurance and or money to pay for medicine, prepare to die sooner than everyone else? Unfortunately health insurance does not shield a society from the full effects of toxic consumption. Everything we ingest from foods to aspirins to toothpaste, detergent, and deodorant are laden with poisonous preservatives that have been proven to cause cancer in lab animals.
The natural base components of most of these necessary everyday items don’t cause the real harm. What comes from the earth was masterfully designed to sustain life. The synthetic elements used to distribute nature’s bounty are the culprits. To prevent foods from spoiling, losing their taste and color before they can reach the public, is the main reason preservatives are used. Shelf life is essential to trade. Therefore, how a country produces its commodities ultimately determines how healthy its people are. The same special interest groups who fight to reduce regulations of consumer product safety are the same who oppose universal health care.
Just fifty years ago there were far fewer cancer cases, and there were far fewer consumer products. What can we do to balance out the damage caused by the preservatives that block nutrients and kill healthy blood cells? As ordinary citizens we are of course all vulnerable to decisions made by those who are automatically protected from the damage they cause. There is a silver lining though. We have the power to literally destroy the destruction. We can first off, eat less food, use less consumer products, exercise more, and most importantly, soak up more sun. It is the absolute most powerful source of energy on earth. It is also the most effective healing agent capable of preventing and reversing cancer and most all diseases.
